Tasks and duties of the department of Performance Appraisal Division

To ensure and realize the concept of quality comes with skills, the university performs with its two inseparable organs the teaching staff and the administrative staff, and adopted it as a cornerstone in preparing the requirements for the quality of the outputs of the educational process, namely the students. It has a number of activities, including:


The department completed performance evaluation forms for teachers for the academic year 2019-2020 and for the employees for the year 2016, in December of 2017, and sent them to the Ministry of Higher Education for the approval of His Excellency The Minister.
The department has also completed the forms for evaluating the performance of senior leaders (the university president, his assistants, deans of faculties and their assistants, as well as heads of scientific departments) for the academic year 2019-2020 and sending them to the Ministry of Higher Education for the approval of His Excellency the Minister.

Tasks and activities of the division:

1. Completing the annual performance evaluation of all teaching staff working in the authority through coordination with all the colleges and institutes of the authority.
2. Sending the annual evaluation of the teachers to the Ministry’s headquarters on 9/15 of each year.
3. Completing an annual evaluation of the performance of the teaching researcher working in the research units through coordination with the colleges and institutes of the Commission.
4. Sending the annual evaluation of the teacher-researcher to the ministry’s headquarters on 9/15 of each year
5. Completing the performance evaluation of the senior leaders (deans' assistants, heads of scientific departments) in the authority annually through coordination with all colleges and institutes of the university.
6. Sending the annual evaluation of the senior leadership to the Ministry's headquarters on 9/15 of each year.
7. Evaluating the performance of principals (teaching and non-teaching) and employees on permanent staff (teaching and non-teaching), employees (professionals and craftsmen) and employees (drivers, security guards, farmers, workers).
8. Sending the annual evaluation of the teaching staff assigned to administrative work and the staff to the Ministry's headquarters on 1/2 of each year.
9. Completing the files of evaluating the general performance of the university's colleges and institutes annually.
10. Sending the annual evaluation of the commission's colleges and institutes to the Ministry's headquarters on 12/25 of each year.
11. Providing the relevant authorities with annual assessments for all required years and for all affiliates (teachers, technicians, administrators).
