In fulfillment of the requirements of the international standard ISO 10013: 2021.

A number of teaching and administrative staff received intensive training conducted by the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance. This training was in light of a strategy aimed at introducing the requirements of international quality standards, specifically the international standard (ISO 10013:2021). they participated in the training in the workshop that was organized under the title (Guidelines for documenting quality management systems) , which include requirements for documenting administrative systems and the identification of the basic documents that required to be established by each of the following lectures : Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department (M.M Hawraa Karim Al-Hanoun and Responsible for the Laboratory Accreditation Division (Ms. Nour Allawi).

This integrated training workshop comes to facilitate the construction of quality plans for products and services providing human effort and obtaining the largest amount of information.

There will be another day to test participants with this specification because it is one of the requirements of the laboratory accreditation form (GLP).
