A number of teaching and administrative staff received intensive training conducted by the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance. This training was in light of a strategy aimed at introducing the requirements of international quality standards, specifically the international standard (ISO 10013:2021). they participated in the training in the workshop that was organized under the title (Guidelines for documenting quality management systems) , which include requirements for documenting administrative systems and the identification of the basic documents that required to be established by each of the following lectures : Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department (M.M Hawraa Karim Al-Hanoun and Responsible for the Laboratory Accreditation Division (Ms. Nour Allawi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This integrated training workshop comes to facilitate the construction of quality plans for products and services providing human effort and obtaining the largest amount of information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
